Lemon Chicken

Grilled Lemon Chicken. Quick, easy and absolutely delicious - what more can I say?
Ingredients
- 1/2 Cup of Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1/2 Cup of Soy Sauce
- 1/2 tsp Ground Ginger
- 1/4 tsp Ground Black Pepper
- 4 Chicken Breast Halves
Steps
- Rinse chicken pieces, dabbing dry with a paper towel.
- Stir the lemon, ginger, pepper and soy together in a jug.
- Pour the mixture into a resealable plastic bag or container.
- Add the raw chicken before massaging it in and leaving it to marinate for up to 24h.
- Heat and oil your grill.
- Drain the juices away from the chicken before placing on the grill to cook until no longer pink inside.
- Enjoy with salad or fries!
